SELLING US YOUR CARDS
Make sure you package your cards securely, completely de-sleeved, sorted in the order they appear on your receipt, and include a printout of that receipt in your package. Failure to do this may result in a delay in processing your order. We will not be held responsible for damage during shipping or loss. We highly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for high value cards. Mail your cards to:

Condition and Grading
While we will buy cards in all conditions please be aware that they will be graded by our buyers upon receipt and the price will be adjusted accordingly. Here is the break down of what we pay based on the condition of the card:
If your cards don't meet their stated condition, and you are unwilling to accept our reduced offer, your cards will be mailed back to you at your own expense.
If you're planning to buy cards from us and would prefer store credit for your buylist order we will give you an extra 15% then the stated cash buy list price. Just choose "Store Credit" during checkout, and we'll automatically apply the bonus when we add the store credit to your account.
Things to Remember:
* We offer payment via PayPal, Check, or Store Credit. Please note that if you select payment via PayPal, some fees will apply. For more information, please click here..
* Make sure to put your items in order according to the email and follow all of our guidelines. Failure to do this will result in a 20% deduction of your total amount.
* If a card is received in damaged or heavily played condition, we will ship it back at the customer's expense if requested by the customer. The customer is responsible for notifying us within one week if he/she would like the cards returned, after that, we will dispose of the cards and will not be responsible.

* Make sure that your cards are sorted in the exact order that they appear on your confirmation email. If your cards arrive out of order, please expect an additional delay of up to five (5) business days before completion of your buylist. Please note orders that arrive in no order at all, we reserve the right to either return the entire order at the owners expense or else assess a penalty of up to 20% of the final value of your buylist. We will contact you before processing your buylist if we intend to return it or assess a penalty.
